• What do use in your water ?  This is probably one of the most commonly asked questions. People tend to think we use some special product to get windows so clean. We use a good quality dishwashing liquid.
• Will someone answer the phone or will I get message bank ?  Yes someone will answer, if not the owner our personal answering service will take your message and we will reply as soon as possible. Bearing in mind we operate Mon – Fri 6am – 5pm.
• Are your workers employees or sub contractors ?  Employees
• Do your workers have current Police Checks ?  Yes
• How do you clean windows on two and three level homes ?  We use extension ladders in most cases but if the windows are too high or safety is an issue we use a long telescopic water fed pole.
• Do you have proper insurance ?  Yes we are fully insured to work in all locations, including working at hieght. All of our staff are covered by Work Cover Queensland.
• Can you handle big  jobs as well little jobs ?  Yes we have the man power to get jobs done in the required time frame. We can put up to seven window cleaners on your job. If you only have a small job, a shop front or small unit no problem.
• Does your staff wear uniforms?  Appearance is very important to All Clear  Windows, our staff all wear uniform shirts with the company name on them, wear shorts and are clean-shaven.
• What payment methods do you accept? We accept cheque, cash, EFT and direct deposit, and credit cards.
• Do you clean solar panels? Yes we do.
